Location, is 1 minute walk from the street pickup and 5 minutes from downtown.
There were works in the hotel that start at 8AM with hammers and drills, I understand that they are reforming the rooms, but they should report it to give you the opportunity to decide whether to stay despite the works or not. It was impossible to rest. There was dust in the corridors due to the works, which you finally drag into the room. Access to the floors is difficult because, yes or yes, you have to climb stairs even to take the elevator. As for the parking the price was 10 euros, but one thing they don't tell you despite having called previously to consult price, is that you have to leave a 20 euros deposit in cash and at the moment to get the key, then to get to the parking you have to go all the way around again. The room smelled strange, as if it was closed, and evidently it had very little ventilation, a small bathroom window.

The reception staff is very friendly and attentive.
When checking in, a receptionist informs us that the hotel is under construction and that from 8 a.m. onwards the workers start their work. The whole third floor is closed, the fourth one is half done, but they gave us one of the recently reformed ones, but of course. If you are going to rest and disconnect a bit, it is not acceptable to hear voices, hammers, grinders, etc. on the ground floor. I think it's perfect that the hotel is reformed, but in that case close for a season not to give the holidays to those who are supposed to rest. It is closed for as long as it is relevant and nobody suffers the consequences of bad management. When you book and pay for a simple accommodation like this, you can expect things to go with the price you have paid, there is no jacuzzi or spa, it is obvious. Another thing is that you pay to be hammered awake, which is not expected from any accommodation tipi. I'm sorry for the criticism but you have to look a little bit more at the people who spend their money on resting, disconnecting, etc. And instead they have to go upstairs dodging rules, sacks of plaster and to top it off they wake you up at 8 or earlier. A salute

The position near the center.
We arrived at 14:00 and our room was still not ready, nobody informed us that breakfast should be ordered in advanced, the room had a tiny tv with no tdt, so nothing could be seen at all. Loud metallic noises (?) could be heard at every hour and walls were so thin that we could hear people walking and talking throughout the night.

It is convenient to get from the bus station - bus 33 in a straight line. Within walking distance of the historic center and attractions, near the bus stop green fun train, which takes you to interesting places of the city. Breakfast is wonderful (different slices (two kinds of ham, two kinds of sausage, semi-smoked sausage, cheese), jams, marmalade, butter, several kinds of bread, modern coffee machines, various juices, seasonal fruits, muffins, biscuits, cookies, pâtés). There is a supermarket nearby.
Internet only works normally at reception, in the room almost did not pull. Strange organization of the elevator (an amazing find of the planner): passes between the floors to get to the right floor, you have to rush through the stairs, to the first floor also does not reach - further on the stairs. The air-conditioner blows directly on the bed.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the major attractions and shops. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with modern furnishings. The breakfast offered a decent variety of options, ensuring a good start to the day.
The parking situation was a major drawback. Having to park in a separate car park and then go back to the hotel to get the key was quite inconvenient, especially during the busy Christmas period.

It is difficult to change reservations once they are made and they take the credit card you can not delete a day. also they take American express and once you get to the hotel they tell you is only visa. Only stay there if you want something cheap and don't have time to look for a better plac

Conveniently located within walking distance of attractions. The room was clean and the bathroom had a good hot shower. The communal area was comfortable and there were vending machines available. Despite some drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel for its value and location.
